Happy 2-Year Workiversary to Winter McMahan! 🎉

Winter has been shining as a clinical care coordinator for the past two years, bringing with her 20 years of healthcare experience and a heart full of dedication. She began her journey as a medication aide in chemical dependency, later discovering her true calling in geriatrics thanks to inspiring mentors like Jenni K, CNP and Dr. Kullerd. Today, she’s a skilled medical assistant with big goals ahead to further her career in the medical field.

Outside of work, Winter’s life is full of adventure. While serving in the military, she explored ancient ruins in Greece and picked up some Greek along the way. These days, she enjoys weekend bike rides with her partner and 6-year-old granddaughter and once she rode her bike an incredible 140 miles in a single day!

She’s passionate about cooking, loves helping others, and always brings positive energy to the team. We’re lucky to have her. Here’s to many more amazing years ahead! 👏🎉

We're excited to welcome Amber Wolf, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to the team!

Amber is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in clinical nursing. Her journey began as a phlebotomist and has grown into a career rooted in compassionate, whole-person care. She has worked in a variety of settings—from stroke-focused ICUs to specialty clinics and home health, bringing a deep understanding of both acute and long-term care.

Originally from Bismarck, Amber is engaged and gearing up for a 2026 wedding, all while loving life as a proud mom to one daughter and two awesome stepchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, crocheting, horseback riding, and soaking up time with her favorite people.

Amber believes true healing means caring for the mind, body, and spirit. We’re thrilled to have her here, and we know she’ll make a meaningful impact.🩵

✨ Happy 3 Year Anniversary, Tara! ✨

Today we’re celebrating Tara Dye, one of our amazing Nurse Practitioners, who joined Legacy on October 17, 2022.

In just three years, Tara has accomplished so much. She grew our Casper Legacy business from the ground up and now cares for more than 120 patients across four assisted living facilities and in the community. She has built countless compassionate and trusting relationships. Tara loves seeing the positive progress in people’s health because of the care she provides. One of her proudest moments was when a nurse told her she was “doing great things for a patient” and noticed real improvements in that patient’s life. 💙

Outside of work, Tara is passionate about health and fitness. She loves running and working out, and she cherishes time with her two daughters and family. At the lake and mountain house, she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.

We are so grateful for your dedication, growth, and the impact you have made, Tara. Thank you for three incredible years with Legacy. We cannot wait to see what is next! 🌟
