We’re celebrating Cyndi Wald, Nurse Practitioner, on her 2-year anniversary with Legacy Medical! 🎉

Over the past two years, Cyndi has built strong, trusting relationships with patients, families, and staff at EW Village, St. Gabe’s, and Touchmark. Her consistency and compassion allow her to truly know her patients, advocate for them, and support their families in meaningful ways. We love that she helps make a real difference in people’s lives and brings so much heart to her work each day.

Outside of work, Cyndi enjoys shopping, traveling with friends and family, and cheering on the NDSU Bison. One of her highlights this year was traveling to Nashville with friends to explore the city and attend the NDSU vs Tennessee State game.

We are so grateful for all she brings to Legacy Medical. 💙

This week, we’re celebrating a very special milestone. Andi Ferguson is marking her one-year anniversary with Legacy Medical!

Over the past year, she has been instrumental in shaping and growing the RN Case Manager role, transforming it from an idea into a multifaceted position that provides meaningful support to our company, providers, clinical assistants, and facilities to promote quality care and outcomes for our patients. Her dedication and passion shine through in everything she does, and we’re so grateful for the impact she makes each day.

Outside of work, Andi enjoys dirt track racing, camping, fishing, and spending time with her 3-year-old grandson. Racing is a big part of her family. Her husband has raced for many years, and this year her son joined in, making it an exciting new chapter for them all. Whether it is at the racetrack or on a getaway to the Black Hills, she loves making memories with her loved ones.

Please join us in celebrating Renda Hanson on her one-year anniversary as Clinical Care Coordinator at Legacy in Bismarck. 🎉

Over the past year, Renda has made a meaningful impact by building strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families. She finds great fulfillment in helping others feel truly seen and heard, and says it’s incredibly rewarding to hear, “I feel like we’re finally being heard.”

Outside of work, Renda brings a rich and inspiring blend of passions and talents to everything she does. She is a certified grief counselor, end-of-life doula, ordained minister, independent cabi stylist, and serves as President of the North Dakota Nurse Honor Guard. She is also a proud Rotarian, dedicated to serving her community.

When she is not working, she enjoys kayaking, barefoot walks, photography, meditation, traveling, writing, and spending time with her grandchildren and her two Bichons, Loki and Thor.

Renda believes life’s sacred moments happen in the everyday, and we are so lucky she chooses to share those moments with all of us here at Legacy. 💙

Happy Third Anniversary, Veronica! 🎉

For the past three years, nurse practitioner, Veronica Carson, has brought compassion, expertise, and a personal touch to her patients through in-home primary and acute care. By meeting patients where they’re most comfortable, in their homes, she’s been able to catch early signs of health changes and help prevent ER visits and hospital stays.

For Veronica, it’s the little moments that mean the most, like the hallway hellos, unexpected hugs, and the kind of spontaneous connection that makes this work so rewarding.

When she’s not making a difference in the field, Veronica is out adventuring with her family. Whether it’s boating, kayaking, biking, hiking, or camping, they love soaking up every season Minnesota has to offer, especially when water is involved.
