Over the past year, Traci has made a meaningful impact by building strong, positive relationships with her coworkers, patients, and their families, something she says she is incredibly proud of. Her passion for taking the time to truly get to know her patients shines through in everything she does.

When she is not in our communities caring for others, Traci enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, relaxing with a good book, and recently soaking up the sun during a fun Christmas vacation to Arizona. ☀️📚

Happy 2-Year Workiversary to Winter McMahan! 🎉

Winter has been shining as a clinical care coordinator for the past two years, bringing with her 20 years of healthcare experience and a heart full of dedication. She began her journey as a medication aide in chemical dependency, later discovering her true calling in geriatrics thanks to inspiring mentors like Jenni K, CNP and Dr. Kullerd. Today, she’s a skilled medical assistant with big goals ahead to further her career in the medical field.

Outside of work, Winter’s life is full of adventure. While serving in the military, she explored ancient ruins in Greece and picked up some Greek along the way. These days, she enjoys weekend bike rides with her partner and 6-year-old granddaughter and once she rode her bike an incredible 140 miles in a single day!

She’s passionate about cooking, loves helping others, and always brings positive energy to the team. We’re lucky to have her. Here’s to many more amazing years ahead! 👏🎉
