In her role as a mobile nurse practitioner, Hayley is passionate about delivering accessible, high-quality care to seniors and vulnerable adults facing complex medical and social challenges. She values the opportunity to spend meaningful time with her patients, allowing for thoughtful care planning, thorough assessments, and strong relationships built on compassion and dignity.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys cheering on her three boys at their activities alongside her high school sweetheart husband. This year they are celebrating 20 years of marriage and look forward to traveling and making new memories together as a family!

Over the past year, she has embraced every opportunity to continue learning and growing as a provider while caring for patients of all ages and bringing a thoughtful, patient and family centered approach to her work.

Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at their activities, traveling, trying new restaurants, and relaxing at the lake.
