I remember being nervous the first time I went to a group class and that's even after exercising regularly for 20 years.

But there is a better version of yourself waiting on the other side if you get started.

Many of us are working long hours, often sitting at a desk, and telling ourselves “I’ll get serious” about fitness when life slows down. Spoiler alert: it never does.

Are you waiting until you have the perfect plan before you can start? The right program. The right nutrition strategy. Maybe even the right supplements. But do you find yourself overthinking, and as a result— not doing much of anything?

That’s why I believe so strongly that the biggest barrier isn’t lack of motivation—it’s the belief that you have to do it all at once. You don’t. You only need the right first step.

We have a simple structure to our workout program and all you need is 45min 2-4x a week. We believe people need a practical level of fitness and the most important thing is to get started and keep showing up.

We have workouts programmed for you and instructional videos of the movements in the workouts so you can feel confident you are doing the exercises correctly.
