One simple way to stay involved is by having access to your own health information. With just a few exceptions, you have the right to inspect, review, and request a copy of your health records—and our Medical Records team is here to help.
🔐 Who can access records?
There are rules and regulations on how you can access, share, and make corrections to your health information. Except as outlined in our HIPAA Privacy Notice, only you—or your personal representative, such as a parent or legal guardian—can access your health information. To request, share, or correct your medical records, reach out to our efficient team!

Residential Recovery Programs
The Women’s Recovery Center and men’s Circle Program are more than treatment programs—they are a place to recover, rebuild, and reconnect.
With residential care that can support individuals, moms, dads and their children (up to 12) with individualized and family therapy, holistic wellness programs, and a new campus, women and men are empowered to heal with strength and dignity.

When a mental health crisis hits, immediate help can make all the difference. Health Solutions West provides 24/7 compassionate crisis care for individuals and families across Mesa, Moffat, Grand, Rio/Jackson, and Routt counties.

Our trained professionals provide:

✅ Referrals to treatment and resources
✅ Safe transport to immediate care

No matter what you're facing, please know that immediate help is available. When you call 988, the 24/7 Colorado Crisis Line, a live responder will assess your needs and dispatch a Mobile Crisis team to any public location—homes, schools, parks, and more. Services are FREE, available anytime, and focused on the least restrictive means to ensure safety and well-being. No one should face a mental health emergency alone. We're here for you.
