Reclaiming My Life Patty’s Fitness Journey I started at 276 pds, 54 yrs old, afraid I would die young, unable to tie my shoe, broken a toilet seat or two; in walked help! This is my journey!

January 18, 2016 I began a 12 Week Challenge at Gold's Gym with a trainer who was convinced he could help me lose weight. This blog was started as a private blog for me to record my progress. As my progress increased, I wanted to make it public in the hopes of inspiring and motivating others.

Anyone else fighting to get the full capacity of their lungs back since the pandemic? I find myself kicking a lot more as I build back up. You? Heading towards a hip replacement surgery.
