1) Finish dinner about 3 hours before bed.
2) Dim lights and reduce screens 60 minutes before sleep.

Why you’re bloated even on “clean” food

Bloat isn’t always about “bad food.” Often it’s about a stressed gut.

Three common reasons clean eaters still bloat:
