I have a problem with this. True, indeed. That credential worship is exactly what it seems to be not godly. Now, that's it most. Most social problems, especially those that involve kids are highly complex and complex problems require complex thinking and complex thinking. It's taught so there are.
Many, many times when I would say someone with a degree has a much better chance of solving the problem with them someone without does that make that person a better person? Absolutely, not. It just makes them more knowledgeable in whatever field they chose to. Specify their education in I agree.
With we are not the educators. I agree with we don't know what the hell is happening in the classroom. And that teachers should be the ones in charge, not us. When it comes to education, I don't find much wrong with what the first dude said about education. And I.
Think that if teachers would take a more personal and involved role in the managing of the power of the classroom that we'd be better off. High level critical complex problems require high level. Critical complex thought, which can only be derived from high level critical complex education. We need.
To stop the fallacy that having a degree is not worth anything.
Just because you didn't go to college doesn't mean you're not educated, bu. It. D*** sure does well mean that you are not an expert in whatever field you think you are Unless you have the industry equivalent experience.
This does NOT represent the mindset of all teachers.
I promise.
However; it does represent some. When his name starts with Mx instead of Mr., it’s bound to be magical.
The point I want to most make, though, is the fallacy presented by assuming that the degree or lesson plans equate to some form of mystical expertise.
Silly assumption, at best. Misguided assumption, for sure.
At worst- a deceptive assumption.
We believe very much in mentors and coaches, but this isn’t the mindset of either of those.
Credential worship is a fool’s game, and attitudes like this that disregard parental importance usually mean someone needs a chat.
Thankfully, this person is no longer employed, from what we understand.
