Excited to annnounce that I’ll be covering the Reiki & Restore class tomorrow night (27th) and September 3rd at Yoga Zen at 7:30pm 🧘🏻‍♀️

And…..beginning Wednesday the 4th I’ll be teaching every week. I’ve taken some time off to recenter and realign and I’m really excited to practice with my people again 🪷
