Welcome to Filomena’s Flowers and Lavender Farm … although I’m still dreaming big and searching for the perfect plot, this community garden has been a dream come true! This year’s first cut flowers deserved a spot on the grid 🥰 although this year is VERY different from last, I’m so grateful for this life and this garden space 🥹 taking on the clean up of the garden plot behind me next week and fingers crossed I can take it over/expand my garden next year 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Both of my grandpas served in WWII. Although they did not talk about their experience much, the stories I do know show true strength and courage. My step grandpas also served, one as a doctor and the other in Korea and Japan. Today, let’s remember those that fought for our freedom.
