If a resident chooses to give you a 30 day notice to move out this is definitely the type that is well accepted. Frances has given me permission to share a glimpse of the past 6 months of her life. She moved in to our community in November of 2024. She was wheelchair bound, 2 assist for transfers, and oxygen dependent. Being a retired RN she knew how hard she had to work to get stronger. With her unwavering determination, cooperation with PT/OT, and attending regular exercise groups with our Restorative Aide; Frances walked out of the community today with no wheelchair, no walker, no oxygen and no assistance from staff ready to embark on the next journey of her life in her new independent apartment. She was involved in most activities, sought after other residents and had the best dance moves in the house. We are all so proud of her accomplishments and she will truly be missed! Its never goodbye its always see you later ❤️
