for yourself too.) Both gift cards and vouchers are transferable, based upon candidacy. So, if

*Voucher use is limited to one $500 voucher per eye. Vouchers expire 6 months from purchase
date. Gift cards behave the same as cash, and therefore do not have an expiration date. Neither
gift cards, nor vouchers can be exchanged for cash, credit, or check.
