Please help us welcome Gracie Johnson to the Lakeview team!

Gracie was born and raised in Little Falls, Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and is currently working toward her Master of Science in Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Wisconsin - Superior. She is excited to expand her knowledge of behavioral health care while working at Lakeview. In Gracie's free time, she enjoys reading, figure skating, hiking with her dog, and spending time with her friends and family.

Help us welcome Michael Cole to the Lakeview Behavioral Health - Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe team!

Michael is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 24 years of experience in healthcare. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a holistic perspective to support individualized, thoughtful care. His career has spanned a diverse range of settings from the high-intensity environment of crisis placement and hospitals to the collaborative pace of outpatient care. Throughout his experience, he has learned that true healing requires a balanced integration of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

Michael believes in using the tools available to best support his patients, a philosophy that also reflects how he approaches life outside of the clinic. Whether he is tinkering with small engines, building something new, or troubleshooting a mechanical issue, he enjoys understanding how complex systems work and finding ways to improve them.

When he is not in the office or in his workshop, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors or watching a good movie with his wife and their four children.

Help us welcome Chykia Olson to the Lakeview team!

Chykia was born and raised in the Brainerd area and graduated in 2008. She has worked in healthcare for several years and helping people is her passion. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her family and animals. They love to travel and are always looking for their next adventure. During the summer, they enjoy fishing and being on the lake, and during the winter months, they stay busy as sports parents for football and hockey.
