"Kirsten Shelton, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. She began her nursing career in 2011 and brings over 12 years of experience across psychiatric, critical care, long-term care, hospice, and telepsychiatry settings. Kirsten provides psychiatric assessments, medication management, and therapy services for adolescents and adults. She enjoys building supportive relationships with her patients and believes effective care starts with listening, understanding, and working together to create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that support both emotional well-being and everyday life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and is a proud mother to her son and daughter. She loves traveling, being outdoors, and has a soft spot for all animals."

Celeste (she/they) is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in eating disorders, body image, and identity-affirming care. After completing graduate school in New Hampshire, she returned to Duluth to serve her hometown community. Celeste believes that mental health recovery is not only possible but deeply personal, and best nurtured through compassionate, inclusive care. Celeste is passionate about creating accessible, affirming spaces where clients of all identities feel seen and empowered in their healing process.
