Healing and mental wellness rarely look perfect.
Often, it’s found in small choices, quiet moments, and giving yourself a little more grace than usual.

Be gentle with yourself today 💚

Stress and anxiety can look a lot alike — but they’re not always the same thing.

One may come from the pressure around us.
The other can linger quietly beneath the surface.

Understanding the difference can help us better support ourselves and the people around us. 💚

Happy Friday from our TMS team! 🎉

We’re excited to be diving into hands-on training for TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), an innovative, non-invasive treatment option for individuals experiencing depression. It’s been great learning and collaborating with many smiles along the way as we prepare to bring this service to our community!

At Lakeview Behavioral Health, we’re always looking for ways to expand access to effective, evidence-based care, and TMS is an exciting step forward.
