I’ve been trying to stay consistent with myself in fitness and general health. No alcohol (1 year in December!) working out at least 3x per week, and trying to eat healthy. I admit I need to eat more, but it’s something I can do little by little. I’ve come a long way and still have a ways to go, but I’m proud of myself!
