⚠️UNPOPULAR OPINION: Eat more to lose weight.
If you are good friends with Google search, then you are familiar with the advice to eat less to lose weight.⬇️

🥤Tea detoxes, 15-day juice cleanses, 1500-calorie diets… you name it! Usually, they don’t promote eating more food.🙅🏾♀️

Because weight loss is so commonly associated with eating less, that is exactly what people do without any question. They eat less, BUT not for long.🤫

Would you believe me if I said eating more helps with sustainable weight loss?😲🤔

Yeah, sure. If you want to talk logistics, then burning more calories than what you eat is what needs to happen to lose fat.💁🏾♀️

👉🏾BUT that does not mean everyone should be on 1500 calorie diet, and personally, I don’t have my clients focus on calories at all.❌

✅Your body needs a proper balance of CARBS, FATS, + PROTEIN.
These are macronutrients that make up your body and help your body function properly.💯

And if you are JUST focusing on eating as little as possible without passing out, then weight loss is not going to be your only problem.😬🤒🤕😴🤮🤬

Here is my advice: Start eating MORE food, but make sure those foods are whole, unprocessed, and nutrient-dense.
I recommend eating at least 2-3 well balanced meals per day.
General rule of thumb: Your plate should be half full of veggies & leafy greens, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 healthy fats & grains.
