A little back yard snowy thanksgiving morning sauna!

This week brought a sore throat and headache — a gentle reminder to slow down and rest. Instead of pushing through, I chose to pause and support my body in new ways. I turned to sauna and cold plunges for healing — something I hadn’t tried while sick before — and after two sessions in four days, I can already feel a shift. My throat feels better, my head clearer. Still learning what it means to care for my body with natural remedies. Grateful for the ways it finds balance when I give it space to do so. 🌿❄️🔥

Starting today, we’re committing to swim in Lake Michigan once a month for the next 12 months — yes, even in the cold! 🥶💧

Why? Because we love this lake, we love doing hard things, and we want to create a community that celebrates its beauty and power year-round. From icy plunges to sunny summer dips, every month tells a different story — and we want you to be part of it. 🌅

Here’s how to join us:
1️⃣ Take a dip in Lake Michigan once a month (any day, any style — just get in the water!).
2️⃣ Share your photo or video and use .
3️⃣ Tag us so we can cheer you on and share your journey.

We’ll be documenting our own swims right here — and we can’t wait to see fellow Michiganders (and brave visitors!) jumping in too. 🫶
