CLASSES START NEXT WEEK!!!

It’s time to register for our November/December session of yoga with City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation! 🍁 It’s a season of gratitude and sharing before we settle in for winter hibernation. Keep your body and mind happy and join me for yoga!

🍂 My Monday night 6:30 class is already FULL, but there’s still room in the Monday 12:00 class and my virtual classes have no registration limit!! 🙌🏻

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! 👻 This week I’ve had lots of costume changes and spooky themes for my classes: black cats, zombies, witches, vampires…we’ve done it all!! 🦇 🧛🏻‍♀️ 🧙🏻‍♀️ 🐈‍⬛

Even though it’s a holiday known for being spooky and scary, I think it’s a happy holiday filled with fun! No overspending or stressing about gifts. No huge dinners to coordinate and plan. Thanksgiving and Christmas are lovely, but Halloween is all about fun 🎃 Today is a perfectly moody fall day, the perfect end to the month!
