This picture really says it all! Monday night yoga with City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation is such a joy to teach 💕 The students bring such wonderful energy! We visit before and after class, talking about everything from music to travel to cats and more. And they lend me their sunglasses when the sun is blinding me while I teach! 😎

My back has been bothering me for about a year. After finally going to PT, I got some answers and am hopefully on the right path to healing! ❤️‍🩹 Teaching about 10 yoga classes a week makes resting difficult, so I’m taking full advantage of an entire day off! The cats are showing me how it’s done 😻
