This is interesting.

When I was teaching meditation at Solace Yoga School and I’d give the exercise of sitting and focusing on the breath for 2 mins.; after I’d ask how it went and some students had many thoughts and some said they had none.

Which are you?

If your mind is very busy, practice meditating 🧘🏽 🧘🏼‍♀️ every day in the morning for 5-10 min for 8-10 weeks and then watch how much easier it becomes for you to quiet the mind when needed. Health + Wealth + Happiness

The lens and filters you see life through are what comes back to you.

I believe we need to have accountability and community daily to keep ourselves on the right path mentally and with our actions.

So because I needed it.. I created a community that focuses on these things: healthy thoughts, wealth, gratitude and abundant thoughts and by doing so... I/we can see life through the lens of what it is we want to see more of in our life.

Each morning I send a text (and sometime a pretty photo) to my community that sets the stage for the day and helps to set our minds on the right path in the morning.
