To get ready for SP-Foundation conference Javier and Royce are going to start a challenge. Starting today till the end of summer we will be challenging ourselves (and maybe competing with each other 😅) to be our best and most healthy selves. Will be eating healthy and using the workouts from the Believe Stronger app. Each Wednesday we’ll post updates. We want you guys to be able to see that progress is possible and hope that we inspire you to live your best lives and more importantly to believe in yourself. Movement belongs to everyone.

At this year’s conference, we’re talking about more than fitness. We’re talking about resilience, confidence, adaptation, and what it means to keep participating in life even when movement becomes harder.

Through the Believe Stronger philosophy and Brain & Body Series, we’ll explore how movement connects to independence, identity, control, and quality of life. We’ll discuss practical ways to improve balance, mobility, confidence, and the connection between the brain and body while learning how small intentional actions can still create meaningful progress.

This presentation is for individuals living with HSP and other neurological conditions, caregivers, families, and anyone who has ever felt frustrated, uncertain, or disconnected from their own body.

Because different does not mean defeated.

You are not broken.
You are adapting.
You are learning new ways to move forward.

And movement still belongs to you.

We’re excited to connect, encourage, and move forward together at the conference.

🔥TUESDAY FUEL🔥 For Breakfast this morning we are having protein yogurt, like father like son 😆.
It’s mixed with protein granola, sugar free jello, and some raspberries. Since I won’t have as much time for lunch I also am eating some oatmeal to keep me full.

One of the best things to do when it comes to dieting is making sure you eat food you like. It’s much easier to stick to eating healthy meals when the food is tasty and nutritious! Meal plans should be based on the foods you like and the goals you want to hit.

We love to talk about nutrition at the gym and are always happy to answer any questions you guys have!

Week 3 is where most people stop.

Not because they can’t do it.
Because the excitement wears off.

This is the part where habits are actually built.

The people still checking in, drinking their water, moving their body, doing workouts when they don’t feel like it… those are the people changing their life long term.

Not perfect.
Just continuing.

Friday’s Eve!

Boom.

Today, on this magnificent day we call Fridays Eve at the gym. I’m trying a new fitness method called “avoiding eye contact with the treadmill so it doesn’t pick me.”

That thing lights up like:
“Oh… YOU again.”

Meanwhile the dumbbells act toxic.
You pick them up one time and now they think you’re in a committed relationship.

And don’t let somebody hit one good workout…
Next thing you know they’re walking around carrying a gallon jug, posting motivational quotes, and standing up slowly from chairs like they fought for a World Title!

But hey…
If you made it this far this week, you’re winning.
Even if your knees sound like microwave popcorn every time you stand up.

Week Two Wins….

This challenge was never just about workouts.It’s about building habits, momentum, energy, confidence… and a stronger life.

Some of my wins this week:✔️ Spent all day Saturday & Sunday outside doing what I love, with the people who mean the most to me✔️ Hit my water goal every day✔️ Increased my bench press weight

And some wins from YOU: 🔥 “Did gratitude every day.” 🔥 “I have more energy.”🔥 Over 100 people logged into the app and completed a workout last week.

That matters.That’s movement.That’s progress.

Now let’s finish WEEK 3 even stronger. Keep showing up. Keep stacking wins. Keep believing stronger.

Today’s “Champion Breakfast”:
