It’s that dreaded time of year again — the fall back time change is coming! Make the transition smoother for you and your little one by starting now with these 

3 simple steps:

1. In the morning, assuming your babe is safe, wait an extra 15 minutes before getting them up to start the day.

2. Shift naps later by about 10–15 minutes each day.

3. Delay bedtime by 10–15 minutes each evening.

By the time the clocks move back, your child’s body clock will be much closer to the “new” time, making the final adjustment easier and less stressful
