Su***de prevention is important every day, all year, and September is Su***de Prevention Awareness month.

• Get trained. The Question, Persuade, Refer training is a 1.5-hour course geared toward individuals who have had limited training or information about su***de prevention, are looking for a starting point to understand their role in preventing su***de and feel empowered with the skills and tools to help. email: afranklin@optionsonline.org for info on the next virtual or in-person trainings in Southern Oregon
• Attend an “Out of Darkness” walk in your local area to raise funds and awareness. Medford's walk is on Sept .17th at Pear Blossom Park.
