WHOA Paizans!!
4th of July is just around the corner!! How are you celebrating? Have you started planning your menu? What kinds of foods do you like to enjoy on the 4th? : )I’ve got a simple go-to breakfast (or snack) red-white-and-blue recipe for ya!
Patriotic Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup coconut yogurt
¼ cup all-natural granola (no sugar)
Optional garnish: extra berries, blackberries, coconut flakes, drizzle of maple syrup, crushed nuts
DIRECTIONS:
Layer the bottom of a glass jar with strawberries
Then layer with a ¼ cup of coconut yogurt
Next, add a layer of blueberries
Place a layer of granola
Repeat with the same layers
Top with any extra berries, granola or garnishes you desire
