Yoga Nidra is an ancient healing practice which induces a state of being that floats between wakefulness and sleep, and which leads to deep, restorative rest and relaxation. Whilst it’s not necessarily meant as a ‘sleep aid’, it is indeed very effective in bringing about a really good night’s sleep. One of my regulars tracks her sleep using an app, and texts me every Tuesday morning to report what her sleep score was from the night before, after she attends class. Last week it was 99%!!!
