Big thanks to all the sweet beings that shower me with love and kindness on my birthday and everyday.

This solstice portal has been a whirlwind, another turn around the sun, with too many blessings to count, I bow in deepest gratitude for the abundance of grace, love and sweetness that flows into my life, nectar of life, nourishing me, I am filled and overflowing, nourishing others. Give thanks. The cycle of life continues and I am reminded to remember, breathe peace, walk gently , offer loving kindness.

Elderberry is one of my favorite herbal allies. Every summer I wild harvest bags and boxes full of this magical berry from the banks of the Bear River. Then lovingly pluck each juicy berry from its stem and boil it in my cauldron. Adding antiviral herbs, spices and medicinal mushrooms until it is all perfectly infused.⁠
