Someone collapses.
They’re not breathing.
Everyone freezes for a moment.
Those first few minutes matter more than anything.

More than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of hospitals in the U.S. each year, and immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.
But many people hesitate because they’ve never been trained.

That’s why I offer hands-on CPR training here in our community.

In this class you’ll learn:
✔ Adult, Child & Infant CPR
✔ AED use
✔ Choking relief
✔ Drowning response
✔ Opioid overdose response
You’ll leave with certification, hands-on practice, and the confidence to step in when it matters most.
