Also you should know, I am not legally able to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. These words are reserved for western medicine doctors, who have the treatment and cure for everything and so alternative healing protocols are not needed. 😵🫩🤑

So y'all have heard of magnet therapy. You know, the inserts in shoes, the bracelets, or maybe even magnetic ear seeds, but this is a whole different game.

In this therapy, we are using a pair of magnets. The positive 🔴 and the negative ⚫ sides are applied together in various areas of the body to affect the pH of the body. Decreasing in********** and bringing in balance, so that no pathogen may take root.

In this picture, I am working with Thyroid-Thyroid to bring balance to the thyroid gland
And
Chiasm-Chiasm to regulate the lymphatic system and to re**** edema in the body.

I also have other magnets attached to my body but they aren't in locations that I could post on here 🤭

The touch and pressure of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is very gentle, light, and rhythmic.

Very much different from a therapeutic massage.

These gentle pumping sequences help increase the rate in which your lymph moves through the lymphatic system.

Due to the effectiveness of this treatment there are contraindications to consider before receiving a session.

The health of our nervous system is one of the major components that determines how we experience the world in which we live.

If we are prone to fear, anxiety, happiness or fulfilment.

The lens in which we view our reality, is primarily up to the state of our nervous system.

We can't erase things that have caused us disregulation, but we CAN bring about balance with tools like the following:

🪶Make a list of the things that bring
you joy and do them often.
🪶Strive for 8 hours (-/+) of sleep each
night.
🪶Consume nutrient dense foods.
🪶Surround yourself with safe, happy
people.
🪶Meditate.
🪶Spend time in nature.
🪶Receive bodywork often.

The main focus in my treatment sessions, is to bring balance to the nervous system, in a safe, in healing space.

Many of my clients fall asleep, some cry, some chat, and some remain quiet, focusing on their breath.
