The room is finally done and ready to be rented

Newly renovated massage room available for rent at The Station. Looking for someone certified and experienced. Must be responsible and dependable. Will not keep anyone around that constantly cancels clients or has issues paying booth rent. You will be considered independent so you will provide all of the necessary equipment needed, ( table, sheets, oils, any tools you choose to use). I will help with advertising and pushing clients to you as well as your first set of business cards. Rent is $125 per week with 2 weeks free rent per year. Please contact me at 620-639-1637. I have not raised my rates in 8 years and I have been back and forth for a while about the situation. Unfortunately I don't have a choice. The cost of utilities have increased as well as the cost of supplies needed to do my job. I have been at The Station since 2015 and have gained a lot of friends and clients. In that time I have always said I would never charge more then I would be willing to pay and I am hoping I will not have to do this for another 8 years. Hey All! Alex and his family really need your help. Alex was involved in a roll over accident causing a lot of serious injuries. He has already gone through multiple surgeries with more to come. His mom is driving back and forth from wichita to Great Bend for work. Expenses are piling up. If you plan to come in tomorrow for the gift certificate sale please stop by the table and see what kind of yummy treats they might have.

Just a reminder that the gift certificate sale is just next week, Saturday November23rd. 1 hour $40, 90 min $60, 2 hours $80 for gift certificates. I will send out reminders next week as well. Unfortunately I am also having to Crack down on how a certificate is used. I have been way too lenient over the years and have been taken advantage of too often. I hate that i have to do this but below are a list of guidelines to know before purchasing. I hope this does not become an issue and I am not pointing fingers at anyone in particular. 2025 is going to be the year of change for The Station. More announcements to come!

CERTIFICATE GUIDELINES
* For optimum scheduling convenience, please let us know at the time of scheduling that you have a certificate.

* Certificate MUST be physically presented at the beginning of scheduled appointment and BEFORE services rendered to verify correct services. No certificate No service.

* Any special rates and/or additional services applied to certificate at Time of purchase are voided with expiration date and certificate value transitions to regular purchase price.

* A $10 convenience fee will be applied after expiration date.

* Certificate may be honored at full value without additional fees after expiration IF the appointment is scheduled BEFORE the expiration date AND at the providers discretion.

Hey EVERYONE!! I can't believe it but it is almost time for the holidays. It's so hard to believe summer is almost over! I know a lot of you look forward to the once a year holiday sale. I thought I would give everyone a heads up I will have that sale as always the weekend before Thanksgiving. The Pre Black Friday SALE will be Saturday November 23rd from 12pm-4pm. 1 hour - $40, 90 minutes - $60 and 2 hours $80. This sale is for one day only and only for GIFT CERTIFICATES. Let me know if you want on the reminder list. I will be posting more details closer to time. If you still have gift certificates from last year's sale, those expire 12/31/24. I still have quite a few of those out there so please get ahold of me soon to get those scheduled.

The holidays are quickly approaching and it's almost time for the one day only pre black Friday sale. ONE DAY ONLY! Saturday November 18th from 10am-2pm GIFT CERTIFICATE sale. 1 hour $40, 90 minutes $60 and 2 hours $80. Purchase for yourself or as a gift. Cash and check only for that day.
