I've had quite a few clients come to me, thinking that Craniosacral is a head rub a face massage or chiropractic. Yes I do massage, but Craniosacral techniques are much lighter and slower. I will have my hands on or around your head, spine, or throughout the body feeling for small deep restrictions within the Central nervous system. These structures are fundamental for every motion, movement, memory, action, thought, belief etc. Craniosacral therapy works with the bodies ability to self heal, due to this nature it is extremely relaxing, many of my clients fall asleep on the table or go into a dream state where they can release stored emotions, trauma, have memories, or dreams.

The body is a busy place, constantly working to keep you alert, upright, safe, and healthy. I think we take that for granted sometimes.
