What a difference a day makes!! Here is my lovely 65 year old patient less than 24 hours after her and done yesterday! I also performed a to improve the heaviness of her jowl. Believe it or not, there was NO liposuction performed here! This is all deep neck contouring. She looks fantastic already and thankfully has very little bruising. I always prepare patients to expect about 2 weeks of bruising and swelling but in some cases patients experience very little bruising. Her skin will peel from the laser treatment over the next several days, but it is painless! She is a very busy physician herself so I’m so honored that she trusted me with her face. Can’t wait to share her progress as she continues to heal.

This past week I was so excited to see my lovely 56 year old patient for her 6 month follow up visit. Today I saw my lovely 57 year old patient 11 months after I performed her . She underwent one of the most common combinations of procedures that patients request for a comprehensive rejuvenation. Today I was reviewing some prior surgical cases and came across this of my lovely 64 year old patient just 2 months after I performed her and lower eyelid skin pinch. Like many of my patients in their 50s and 60s she had developed skin laxity and loss of definition along the jawline and neck. This case perfectly illustrates how a deep plane facelift can reposition the falling facial tissue in a powerful and dramatic way without changing the person’s appearance or creating a “plastic” look. I absolutely love that jawline definition!! She looks refreshed and well rested, but just like herself! And because this technique eliminates all tension on the skin, the incisions are imperceptible! Today I was so excited to receive these selfie photos from my lovely 51 year old patient 3 months after I performed her .
