Heads Up For Hope We are a Support Group for survivors of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and their caregivers.

We provide a safe, comfortable, ‘trigger free’ environment that allows for sharing of personal experiences related to members injuries.

We are excited to launch our new FREE yoga program, Hope and Healing Yoga, starting January 11th at 10:30am

Welcoming Eagle County community members healing from a concussion or TBI, this yoga format is a gentle flow style, taught by instructors certified in Love Your Brain Yoga, with optional props provided.
