✨ What is your word for the year? ✨

Each year I choose a word — not as a resolution, but more of an intention.
A word that holds the energy of what I want to invite in and align more with.

This year, my word is JOY.
To intentionally choose more moments of light, gratitude, laughter, presence, and peace.

As Thanksgiving nears, I’ve been reflecting on just how blessed I am to do this work. Every soul I connect with—here and in spirit—reminds me why I was called to this path.

✨ Animals stay with us, too. ✨

One of the most beautiful reminders Spirit gives me is that our animals continue to stay around us just as deeply—and just as lovingly—as any other loved one in Spirit.

The other day, a dog came through for her mom with the most striking blue eyes… the same gentle way she tilted her head, the same playful energy she had in her physical life. Her personality was still so vivid. So her. Then a horse came through showing me specific characteristics of his hair, running free and mentioning the bridle his Mom has of his even though its been years since his passing.

Animals have souls.
Animals have consciousness.
Animals love with a purity that is unmatched.

And that love doesn’t end.

They visit.
They nudge us energetically.
They show their same mannerisms, quirks, and personalities because they want us to know it’s really them. They want us to feel comforted, not alone.

Our connection with them doesn’t disappear when their physical form does—if anything, it becomes even more unconditional, even more expansive.
