Merry Christmas from me and Milo. ❤️🎄🐾

I just wanted to pop on today to send you a little love.

This season can be many things at once- beautiful, tender, heavy, nostalgic, peaceful, lonely, joyful… sometimes all in the same breath.

If today feels full and bright for you, I hope you soak that in.

And if it feels complicated or quiet or bittersweet, I want you to know that you’re not alone in this.

If you’re feeling tired, or reflective, or proud that you made it through, all of that makes sense.

I am sending you love, warmth, gentleness, and a reminder that...

It's okay to rest. It's okay to be very gentle with yourself. It's okay to be right here where you are, in this very moment, with all the things. And it’s okay to simply be human.

My wish is for softness, and moments of ease today, whatever Christmas looks like for you.❤️
