What people don’t realize is that yes, testosterone peaks but progesterone starts rising too. If you consistently overtrain or work out too intensely during that time, it could damage your fertility long term.

We are so proud of everyone taking part in our challenge this month!! Seeing the community and success in our Challenge Group and across all our platforms has been incredible.
