We’re thrilled to welcome Chad Zehms, MD, to BayCare Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine! A proud Green Bay native, Dr. Zehms brings unmatched energy and expertise to every patient interaction.

After beginning his medical journey at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Dr. Zehms served in the U.S. Navy, completing his orthopedic residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. He then advanced his training with a fellowship in sports medicine at the renowned Steadman Philippon Clinic.

As an athlete himself, Dr. Zehms is passionate about helping others get back to doing what they love. His enthusiasm is contagious—and his patients feel it the moment he walks into the room.

Our clinic recently held a Penny Wars fundraiser to support Colton Sablich, newborn family member of one of our own Bret Geurts, LPN, who was diagnosed with Marshall-Smith syndrome, a rare genetic condition with fewer than 60 known cases worldwide.

Thanks to incredible generosity, the Hands Department won with over $600 in donations! 💛 All proceeds go to the Colton Sablich Benefit, helping Colton and his parents.
