If the structure is breaking down such as: ligaments tears, joint inflammation, pain in muscles, plantar fasciitis, arthritic responses there are two really important things you need to do. One is making sure you are taking enough fish oil making sure we are not "dry" so to speak. Oils lubricate us. In our diet we can add coconut oil and olive oil frequently and generously. But there is no replacement for omega 3 oils they are nature's natural anti-inflammatory. They are called essential fatty acids becasue they are essential. I carry a test for $80 and with a drop of blood you can see if your body is saturated with enough fish oil. People have been doing the test especially is they are arthritic or have a heart condition. Docotors say 8-12% saturation and most of them have been running about 4-5 % so they have to often double their intake of fish oil to slow their inflammatory response down. This slows down their damage markedly. The other thing is taking calcium, magnesium, potassium to maintain the frame. These minerals need to be supplemented or the body will leech them from your bones making you smaller and fragile. If you can stop in the office here for 15 minutes I can tell you what your "bone formula" is to aid you in the prevention of developing structure problems. There are different kinds of calciums, magnesiums, etc. By the way, kidney stone is an indicater that our relationship with minerals is inadequate. If you currently have them I can teach you how to dissolve it and not get them back again.
