✨BINGO HIGHLIGHT✨ V4: Eat Warm, Brothie Soup 🍜.

✨To balance the cold, wet, heavy characteristics of Spring, a soup that is light (yet filling), hot, and spiced is simple, flavorful, hydrating, and soaked in nutrients will do the trick!

✨I am not a soup person naturally, BUT, it is growing on me and has taught me some kitchen ninja skills that can carry over into life!

✨For instance, use what you got. I am famous for not grocery shopping for a list to match a menu, but let my senses guide me. Then, with some general staples at home, I get creative. ☺️ Most times it works! This was a win and includes fresh ginger, leek, sweet potatoes, brown basmati, beans, coconut oil, and an revitalizing spice mix from .ayurveda!

🌊I am not sure if these are her exact words, but this is what I heard in my class last night… and it made something click!

🌊Our first vow we take, our first ‘marriage’ maybe isn’t the one with our ‘other half’. Maybe our first promise in dedicated union, for better or worse, is actually the vow our Spirit takes with our human body so that we can walk together into this earthly experience and create! It takes place before the ‘honey womb’ - that being the romanticized first rendezvous of the new relationship pact. It’s even just as ‘juicy’ and magical as our vacay with our partner in the common marriage. 😅

🌊 It made me realize, I am basically a marriage counselor. 🥹😅🥰 Only, I am supporting you to bond with and have healthy communication with, your BODY and all the things that come with(in) it like your emotions, your mind, your systems, your programs of habit, your stories.

🌊Ayurveda has been the guiding light for me to get into my body and build a healthy, thriving relationship with it… it also has been my saving grace of how to apologize and do better when I stress and stray. A REAL marriage has its bumps, mountains, storms, and curveballs after all… catalysts for growth, nurture, and discovery!

🌊If you can look at your first marriage - you and your body - how would you describe it? Use the same descriptors you would with marriage or long term relationships with another human. Because they really aren’t that different!

🌊Pumping my waters in those micro-movements for intervals of 30 seconds at the barre can be revealing! Pure Barre - you are teaching me how to love the discomfort and use it as a superpower! Lol!!! Thank you🙏
