The work we do isn’t just about sessions.

It’s about helping children build skills they’ll use every day—
and helping families feel more confident and supported along the way.

That’s what makes this work meaningful.

If you’re someone who wants to be part of that kind of impact,
we’re currently hiring Behavior Skills Specialists for summer and beyond. 🤍

We’ve had a lot of conversations lately with families who are feeling stuck or unsure where to start.

If that’s you, you’re not alone.

At MindRight, we focus on practical, real-life support—whether that’s building independence, supporting behavior, or helping caregivers feel more confident in day-to-day situations.

This can look like:
• Daily Living Skills (DLS) to build independence
• Safety Planning & Prevention for higher-risk behaviors
• Social Skills support and groups
• Caregiver support to make day-to-day strategies feel more manageable

This summer, we’re also expanding into center-based services, while continuing to offer in-home and community-based support.

If you’ve been wondering what support could look like for your family, we’re always happy to talk through options.

Families are already managing so much.

Support shouldn’t feel like something extra to keep up with—
it should fit into what’s already happening.

When strategies align with real routines, they become more consistent, more effective, and more sustainable over time.

That’s what we focus on.

We spend a lot of time thinking about what support actually looks like in real life.

Not just during a session—but in the middle of routines, transitions, and everyday moments.

That’s what guides how we set things up.

The space, the materials, the way we approach each interaction—it’s all designed to feel practical, not overwhelming.

Because when something feels natural,
it’s much more likely to stick.

Introducing a BRAND NEW CLTS service - Counseling & Therapeutic: Movement Therapy 💙✨

Looking for a therapeutic option that goes beyond talking?
Movement Therapy is a new CLTS service that helps participants build emotional skills through movement, creativity, and body awareness rather than focusing on diagnoses or long conversations.

This approach can be especially supportive for individuals who:
Communicate non‑verbally or struggle with verbal communication
Experience trauma or sensory differences
Learn best through physical engagement

We meet participants where they are—and move forward together.

One of the biggest frustrations families share is this:

Things seem to go well during sessions...
but once the session ends, it's hard to maintain that same progress.

Thats not a failure. It's a sign that support hasn't fully carried over to everyday life yet.

Real progress isn't just what happens in structured time.

It's what happens during routines, transitions, and real-world situations.

That's why we focus on building skills in the environments where they're actually needed - so they're not just learned, but used. 🤍

Something we hear often from families is:
“We’ve tried everything… and nothing is working.”

And that feeling is real.

But more often than not, it’s not that nothing works—
it’s that the support hasn’t fit into your everyday life yet.

When strategies only exist during a session or in a controlled setting, it’s hard for them to carry over into the moments that matter most.

That’s where we focus.

At MindRight Behavior , we support children and families in real-life environments— so progress feels practical, consistent, and sustainable.

If things have been feeling stuck lately, you're not alone. 🤍
