February Well Workshop: Love Maps for Couples

Hello, friend! This February, we’re doing Valentine’s a little differently. Instead of the usual dinner reservations and roses, we’re inviting couples into a warm, playful, and meaningful experience focused on connection.

Our Love Map Workshop is inspired by the Gottman Institute’s research on what makes relationships thrive. Love Maps are about knowing your partner’s inner world, their dreams, stresses, joys, and values. Not just their favorite food or TV show.

✨ During the workshop, couples will:
• Answer Love Map questions about each other in a lighthearted, game-style format
• Learn new ways to stay curious and emotionally connected
• Enjoy a little friendly competition (with a small prize for the couple who knows each other best!)

We’ll close with an intention-setting activity where each couple reflects on what they want to nurture in their relationship this year, whether that’s more play, better communication, deeper intimacy, or more support for one another.

Not only is she one of the most fabulous nail techs you’ll ever sit with, turns out she also has about 47 hidden talents.

Plumber? Apparently.
