🌙 Under the Capricorn Moon: Choosing Presence Over Reaction
The Moon drifts through Capricorn from the 7th through the 10th, and with it comes an invitation to pause, breathe, and root yourself deeper into your sacred center.
This is not a time to fight the irritations that rise. It is not a time to let them control you either. It is a time to notice. To stay with yourself. To let the discomfort speak without handing it the microphone.
Capricorn is the keeper of discipline and structure. It asks:
✨ Where are you too quick to react?
✨ Where do you still give away your peace in exchange for momentary relief?
✨ What old wounds are tugging at your sleeves, asking to be witnessed—not fed?
This energy isn’t easy, but it is holy. It asks you to climb the mountain within yourself, step by step, without rushing to the summit.
When someone or something irritates you during this time, pause. Place your hand on your heart. Feel your feet press into the earth. Whisper:
🌑 “This is a teacher, not an enemy.”
🌑 “I am allowed to stay soft and strong at the same time.”
🌑 “My response is my power.”
Imagine this moonlight pouring down like cool silver, calming the fire in your belly, smoothing the jagged edges in your mind. Let it remind you that nothing outside of you can define the truth of who you are.
This is your chance to build emotional muscles that don’t come from force—but from grace.
You are not here to overreact.
You are here to oversee.
To listen. To choose. To anchor into the grounded version of you who knows the difference between fear and intuition, between irritation and insight.
Soften your jaw. Relax your shoulders.
And let the Capricorn moon teach you what real mastery feels like.
More self-talk-
🌑 “I can pause before responding. My peace matters more than proving a point.”
🌑 “I am not my triggers. I am the calm witness beneath them.”
🌑 “I choose presence over reaction. I choose alignment over chaos.”
🌑 “It’s safe for me to stay grounded and steady, even when others are not.”
🌑 “My emotional responses are sacred teachers, not punishments.”
🌑 “Every challenge is helping me build strength and wisdom.”
🌑 “Softness and strength can live in the same breath.”
🌑 “I trust myself to respond in ways that honor my growth.”
