Where there is darkness… that’s where the light finds its way in.

Today isn’t an easy day for me.
My mental health isn’t at its best.

As someone who lives with anxiety and depression,
when life starts lifing… it can feel overwhelming.
Draining. Heavy.

Peace isn’t something I found…
it’s something I fought to return to.

There was a version of me that stayed busy on purpose—
pouring into everyone else so I didn’t have to sit with myself.
Running from the stillness… because I didn’t know what I’d find there.

But healing taught me something different.

Peace isn’t loud.
It’s not performative.
It doesn’t need to prove anything.

✨ It’s so important to have peace in your mind…
because everything flows from there—your decisions, your emotions, your energy, your life.

It’s the quiet moment where you finally choose yourself.

Who am I becoming?

Lately… I’ve been sitting with that question in a way I never have before.

Not from a place of confusion…but from a place of truth.

Because the deeper I go… the more I realize—I’ve been doing the work. The real work.

The kind of work that doesn’t get posted.The kind that happens in silence.The kind that makes you face yourself without running.

I’ve been unlearning.Releasing.Setting boundaries that once felt impossible.Choosing myself—even when it feels uncomfortable.

Some days it’s grounding.Some days it’s tears.Some days it’s just breathing through the moment and not abandoning myself.

And if I’m being honest…I don’t fully recognize who I’m becoming yet.

But I trust her.

I trust the woman who is no longer shrinking.The woman who is no longer overgiving.The woman who is finally choosing peace over chaos.

This version of me feels… different.Quieter. Stronger. Clearer.

And maybe that’s the point.

Not to have all the answers…but to be willing to meet yourself at every level of your healing.

So… who am I?

I’m someone who decided to stop runningand finally sit with herself.

And that alone… has changed everything.

Recently I really sat with myself and asked…

“Am I not booked because something is wrong with me…
or because I’ve been undervaluing myself?”

And if I’m being honest…

I went back and forth.

Questioning my gift.
Questioning my path.
Questioning if this was even for me.

But then it hit me…

Nothing is wrong with my gift.

I’ve just outgrown the version of me
that accepted less than what I carry.

I’ve outgrown:
✨ overgiving
✨ undercharging
✨ pouring into people who weren’t ready to do the work

And now?

I’m no longer available for that.

So if it feels a little quiet right now…
if it feels like things slowed down…

maybe it’s not rejection.

Maybe it’s realignment.

Maybe your standards shifted
and everything that can’t meet you there
is falling away.

And yeah… that space in between?
