I totally agree that procrastination isn’t a personality flaw. It’s a pattern, often driven by underlying causes like perfectionism, fear, or emotional overload. For high-achieving leaders, it can also stem from decision fatigue.
With the right support and strategies—like reframing limiting beliefs, building emotional regulation skills, and creating clear, values-aligned goals—procrastination can be unlearned and replaced with purposeful action.
At some point, we all need help. We all need support to grow and become our best version.
