TT: We all need a barrier of protection. To protect your home from unnecessary energy, start with not letting it in the door. TT: Let's start out with CINNAMON! Cinnamon is a staple spice in my home and I invite you to make it so in your home as well. Though it has many properties that make it great for ingesting (respiratory, digestive, hematological, and gynecological), it is also a great spice for manifesting. This a ritual that is best done on the first day of the month but you can use it throughout the month when you feel led. Put some powdered cinnamon in your palm and blow it into your home from the front door whilst visualizing (ex. money, career, success, love) to draw in that energy for yourself!
