Hi i am Holly. I have dedicated my life to helpiing heal traumas imprint on the body. I offer trauma informed support and sonatic solutions to heal chronic psin , stress, overwhelm and trauma. I have Advanced levels of training in most areas. Currently a student of Peter levines somatic experiencing as well. My wonderful emotional support animal Franklin also shares space.
