We are collecting menstrual products throughout March to support women in our community. Donation bins are available in the studio. Let’s come together and make an impact.

We are honored to welcome gut health specialist Rachel Mae for a virtual workshop. Learn how to improve digestion, reduce bloating, and better support your gut health. This is real education to help you feel your best from the inside out.
