Hey guys with heaviness in my heart this message is to inform you all that Coach Lang and I are seperating our partnership with the 3 Day Slim down Showdown. This was tough yet a decision that had to be made. The 3 Day Slimdown Showdown, a no excuse program that helped tons of people jump start their wellness journey together loosing over a 100 lbs in just 3 days!!! 👏👏👏💐💐💐

We will however be continuing services and our journies seperatley.

Perfectsquares is meant to promote overall wellness while providing optimal and tasty nutrition. We are passionate about health passionate about wellness and passionate about helping you on your wellness journey.

Perfectsquares will continue to provide quality service with Meal prep and continue to provide a Healthy environment with the 3 day program along with the #1 nutritional📣🔔🔔🔔 supplement in the world 🌿 Herbalife.

Please I ask you to be patient with me as I rebrand regroup and reinvent to provide you with continued quality of services and overall wellness!
