We're excited to welcome Lindsay Belden, MSN, ANP-BC to Brassfield Dermatology! Lindsay will be joining us and serving Brassfield patients temporarily as we prepare for our new Pinnacle Dermatology Burlington location to open this summer!

Lindsay is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical and aesthetic dermatology. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, combining advanced clinical expertise with a compassionate, nurturing approach to help her patients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Lindsay earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since 2011, she has undergone extensive specialized training under the mentorship of a Board-Certified Dermatologist, earning advanced certifications in both medical and aesthetic dermatologic procedures.

With over 14 years of experience, Lindsay’s expertise encompasses comprehensive skin cancer surveillance and the management of dermatologic conditions like rosacea, acne, and pigmentation disorders. She pairs this diagnostic thoroughness with advanced technical skills in aesthetic injectables and energy based technologies, including laser tattoo removal and vascular laser treatments. This balanced approach ensures every patient receives a proactive and holistic plan for their skin health

Lindsay’s philosophy is rooted in healing and nurturing the skin. She advocates for a natural approach to skin health, focusing on restoring the skin’s integrity and promoting long-term wellness rather than just treating symptoms. By taking the time to deeply understand each patient’s unique concerns, she ensures they feel heard and empowered through education and personalized, gentle care. Patients value her extensive clinical knowledge and her ability to provide sophisticated care in a warm, approachable environment.

Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys mountain getaways, international travel, and spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and her two black cats, Zane and Rainn.

Tiffany is a North Carolina native and certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, helping her community achieve healthy, confident skin through a blend of clinical expertise and aesthetic precision.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Greensboro College and graduated from the Campbell University School of Medicine with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board.

With 12 years of clinical experience, Tiffany has practiced full-time in dermatology since graduating, while also gaining valuable experience in family medicine. This dual background provides her with a holistic perspective on patient health. Her specialized expertise includes comprehensive skin cancer screenings, advanced acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis and surgical dermatology including the cosmetic surgical repair of earlobes and keloids. She is also highly skilled in aesthetic medicine, specializing in sclerotherapy for spider veins, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and the post-acne treatment of scars.

Tiffany believes that the best outcomes start with patient education and open communication. She takes a collaborative approach, ensuring every patient understands their diagnosis and feels empowered by their treatment plan. Whether she is performing a complex surgical repair or a cosmetic enhancement, her goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Outside of the clinic, Tiffany enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and spending quality time with her son, friends, family and boston terrier, Winston.
