Through the contrasting lives of Jacob and Esau, we’ll explore the difference between regret and transformation, comfort and calling, and why true perseverance requires surrender. Their stories ask us a personal question: What are you refusing to lay down?

This teaching will help you identify spiritual weights, confront recurring struggles, and rediscover the freedom that comes from running light. If you’ve felt stuck, distracted, or spiritually fatigued, this study is an invitation to let go of what no longer serves God’s purpose in your life — and run again with clarity and perseverance.
