bout 100 years ago, I told Angie that when I retire I want a room in the house so that if someone was in pain, I could help them. At the time, I was managing the Spine Physical Therapy department for a large orthopedic practice. I came home from work one particularly stressful day, and Angie asked me why I was going to wait to do things the way I wanted to. I couldn't answer that question. Angie decided to leave teaching to allow me to have my dream job. In 2009 we dedicated 3 rooms in our house. These would be an office for Angie, an exam room, and a gym. It is a unique environment that allows me to focus on the people I work with: One at a time." -Paul

My running game has been strong ever since I officially became a runner. As a physical therapist, I always encourage my patients to stay active—but more importantly, to find the kind of exercise that fits their body, lifestyle, and personal goals. – Paul the Physical Therapist

My running game has been strong ever since I officially became 'one who runs.' As a physical therapist, I encourage my patients to stay active—but more importantly, to find the type of exercise that works for their body, lifestyle, and goals. Physical Therapy and the Art of Ford F-150 Maintenance... Paul's can-do philosophy!

I love saying that phrase—because it changed my life. When my orthopedic physician looked at my torn ACL and said, “This is fixable,” I felt instantly empowered. It gave me direction, hope, and the motivation to get to work. That simple phrase has shaped how I practice physical therapy every d...

Studies confirm that telehealth is usually as effective as in-person physical therapy. One of my patients is actually a group of patients in...

You're not alone with your stress. And with physical therapy, you might feel empowered.

A visit to your physical therapist can reduce stress and prepare you for whatever life throws at you. Face it. You're stressed. That's just an anecdotal hunch on my part. But the American Psychological Association reported in November that Americans are reporting more stress and anxiety. From the AP...
