We need Congress to pass this law and allow Mental Health professionals to provide needed services to those who have Medicare. I have had to turn down several Medicare clients that really needed therapy.

As Congress is planning to modernize Medicare for seniors in the Reconciliation Legislation, the Mental Health Access Improvement Act (S. 828/H.R. 432) would expand the availability of cost-effective providers under Medicare to help provide mental health services and address the opioid epidemic.
