The past two weeks (May 27th to June 9th) we had our first Two Week Keto Challenge experience. Employees and family members of our business partner Carepoint Health, participated on this quest to try the Keto lifestyle. Close to 300 participants joined the challenge and some of them joined our exclusive group dedicated to support them in any way they need. We had live video, one-on-one appointed calls, check-up calls, interactions. As the challenge ended, some people have been publishing their experiences and the results they had, others emailed, texted or called to share their views. WellStar360 members like our president, Doug Campbell, his wife and myself also joined the Keto challenge and decided to continue. We know that some people also decided to continue the challenge for one more week or two, because of the results they have had.
All of us at WellStar360 are very happy this challenge was successful to many people and for those who couldn't do it this time, there will be another opportunity in the future.
