Join us for "Nourish the Neighborhood"! Free bags of goodies while supplies last. This event is designed to support vulnerable neighbors, including seniors, families with children, individuals experiencing housing or food insecurity, and anyone who needs a little extra help this season. ❤️

Must show documentation of need. (SNAP/EBT, Medicaid, WIC, etc.)

The Cone Health Mobile Team had the pleasure of partnering with Guilford County Community Collaborative to host a School Readiness Fair. We provided free immunizations to families in need, and also distributed 100 book bags filled with school supplies to help children start the school year off right! The excitement and smiles on their little faces said it all. 😊
