Ethan Baughman is a second year masters student in the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He uses a person centered and strengths-based approach for supporting adolescents, adults, and couples through significant life changes, anxiety, depression, and/or eating related challenges. Caitlin Smith is a lover of all things- growth and healing! She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy. Meeting her clients where they are, she works alongside them to uncover patterns that no longer serve them, and helps implement new patterns that promote fulfillment in life and relationships.

It’s World Mental Health Day 🌎 Sure, today is a day that highlights the importance of mental health yet shouldn’t we be including this in our factors of wellness every day? I hope today brings attention to your mental space - journal, go for a walk, meditate, talk to someone you trust and feel safe with, or anything else that gives you the time and space to look inward. What do you notice? What needs are being met and what needs are going unmet? Where can you shop for those needs? What emotions and feelings are you visiting with? Have some become more permanent residences instead of just simply visitors? 🧠 ❤️
